CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND?


We strive for the best quality of products; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we will happily refund your order within 14 days (T&C’s apply). We do not offer exchanges, simply return unwanted items for a refund and place a new order.


Due to the nature and hygiene purposes of cosmetic/ eyelash products we DO NOT offer refunds on these items simply because of ‘change of mind’ and only if faulty or damaged (with photo evidence). If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. 


HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?

We aim to process all of our returns within 5-7 working days of delivery to us- busy periods and holidays may take slightly longer. All accepted refunds will be processed via original payment method. 


DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN POSTAGE? 

We regret to inform you that were unable to cover return postage costs. Customers are advised to send returns tracked as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. 


HOW LONG AFTER PURCHASE CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

Returned items must be received within 14 days of receipt. 


HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

Please allow up to 14 working days for your parcel to be returned to us. If you have not received a refund after 30 working days- please contact us with your order number and details of return. 


I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER.

All of our order are processed picked and packed very fast. Therefore, we cannot amend addresses or orders. If you order incorrect items, this is your own responsibility. 



HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

Please email us with the email address on the ‘contact us’ section- with your reasoning to why you would like to return. Our customer care team with review and if successful for a refund we will email you a returns form for you to fill out and send back to us with unwanted products.
